George is a results-oriented professional advisor on leadership development with a strong track record of performance with a team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Served an integral role in launching LIFEiLEAD, Inc.
George is a strategic thinker able to diagnose simple and complex issues while executing practical solutions that foster customer satisfaction and recognized ability to plan, organize and coordinate priorities in an expedient manner
George is a Master’s level Counselor with a cognitive-behavioral/eclectic approach. Skilled in small group leadership and experience with adults and adolescents.
George has worked in a variety of settings including a long term faith based residential for adult males struggling with drugs and alcohol and at an intensive inpatient program for children who struggle with emotional and behavioral problems often associated with severe trauma, substance abuse exposure, and serious family stressors.
George’s training in counseling, and strategic leadership enables him to integrate both into a holistic approach to helping people.

Angela has been a senior leader of a LIFEiLEAD Support Group since March 2012. She has direct experience in developing the LIFEiLEAD Support Group Leaders Orientation and Basic Training Program.
Angela works with senior leaders and board members to develop plans for present needs and future goals for the mission and vision of the organization. As a graduate from Cairn University with an Organizational Leadership degree, she has expertise in all facets of leadership development and focuses on aligning the strategic direction of the organization to the strategic development of its people. She has an ability to diagnose the issues within an organization, align the people and processes and help initiate the results needed to meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
While having no personal history with drug and alcohol use, Angela has indirectly experienced the effects of addiction through family and friends as well as journeying with her husband, George, through a life of recovery and sobriety. She has experience working with children, adolescents, as well as adults with emotional and behavioral issues often associated with severe trauma, substance abuse exposure, and serious family stressors giving her insight expertise on the family dynamics related to addiction and recovery.
Angela has a passion and a heart to reach not only those struggling with addiction and recovery, but also their families who are so often deeply impacted by the chaos. Through formal education, autonomous learning, and hands on experience Angela has a deep and holistic understanding of addiction and recovery.
