HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

• Our direct focus is on equipping and developing the group leaders.
•  We maintain a growing and developing relationship with our leaders and encourage them to do the same with their group members.
•  We keep support groups small with a maximum of 10-12 group members attending any given LSG. We encourage group members to share and talk within the safe space the leaders create through encouragement, truth and sharing life experiences.
•  We use a curriculum that addresses relevant life topics through applying biblical truth and intentional decision making. We do not fall under the categories of a traditional 12-step group, clinical therapeutic group or Bible study.
•  We provide ongoing training opportunities and resources for the continual equipping and developing of our volunteer leaders.
